In order to offer you the greatest selection, certain items are shipped directly to you from our vendors. Because we do not control these shipments, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. These items are identified on the product description page. Some of these items require 1-3 business days for a processing and are unavailable for expedite shipments.
We encourage you to shop and ship early during holiday season.
We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date for busy holidays like Halloween, Christmas, and Valentine's Day. To maximize the likelihood of delivery on one of these busy holidays, please place your order at least 5 business days in advance of your event. Orders placed within 4 days of events DO NOT HAVE GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATES. Neither cancellations nor refunds will be issued on orders placed during these holidays if the order was placed within 4 days of your event, and subsequently delivered within 4 days after the respective event.
All shipping methods offered are traceable with a tracking number. As soon as your order leaves our distribution center, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation Email to let you know your order is on its way. This email will include your tracking number (if available) and a link directly to the shipper. We currently do not ship via Flat Rate.
Same day shipping
Yes, we do offer same day shipping. Domestic orders placed before 1:00 PM (EST) Monday-Friday are usually shipped the same day. Same day shipping doesn't apply to:
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
- Special Order items.
- Any products with "Usually ships within 48 hours" listed in the "Availability" section of the product page.
We are proud to announce a new way of getting your product delivered to you when you want it! UPS SurePost, combines the efficiency of UPS shipping with the convenience of USPS delivery. UPS picks up your package at our distribution center and delivers it to your local post office for final delivery to your mailbox or door by USPS.
UPS SurePost is available for residential orders weighing less than 9 pounds*. This method is available for customers selecting Economy or Standard shipping methods only. To ensure delivery within the allotted number of business days for each shipping method, your final carrier may vary. *Please note: packages over 9 pounds or that are considered oversized will not be sent via UPS SurePost. Those packages will be delivered via UPS ground.
Delivery Attempts / Signature Required
Usually shipping carriers will make up to three attempts to deliver a package. It is typically up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required (packages shipped via air almost always require a signature). If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. In those cases, we will not re-ship. We will however, issue a refund for the cost of the merchandise less a 20% restocking fee and a cost of a return shipping.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Incorrectly entered addresses may unnecessarily delay your order. Please enter your ship to address information in the appropriate boxes and double-check for typos and other errors.
We are sorry but currently we can not ship to Highway Contract Box (HC Box) addresses.
Lost or stolen packages
We can not be hold liable for packages lost or stolen after their shipping status had been changed to "delivered" to your address.
