Exchange Program Qualifications and Limitations:
- Exchange Program is offered for items purchased at MasqueradeExpress.com where sizing issue is a factor. Eligible items include costumes and footwear only. Our Exchange Program does not extend to other purchases (e.g. makeup, undergarments, accessories, etc.).
- Exchange request and the exchange purchase must be made within three (3) days of the date you received your order.
- The exchange purchase must be of equal or greater merchandise value (less applicable discounts) as the original item being returned for an exchange.
- Exchange Program does not offers free shipping for the returned item or for the new item purchased as the exchange. You will pay for shipping for the return item and you are agree that we will charge your credit card or PayPal account for shipping of the new item purchased as the exchange.
- A maximum of three (3) items per order may be returned for an exchange.
- The return shipping method chosen for your exchanged item must be via a traceable shipping method offered by UPS, FedEX or USPS where an online verifiable tracking number is provided.
- If we don’t receive your return within forteen (14) days from the day you originally received the item from us, we assume you wish to keep your original item and we will cancel your RMA number. Items returned without a valid RMA number will be rejected by us.
- The returned item(s) shipped back to us for the exchange must meet our Return Policy requirements (e.g. in new condition to be re-sold). Returned items for an exchange are subject to the same terms and conditions as for those items returned for a refund.
All exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order. The 48 hours eligibility to request a return begins on the day and the hour that our shipping carrier indicates the merchandise was delivered to you. We ship all orders with tracking numbers and will go by what the shipping carrier indicates as the delivery date and time to you.
