Q: Is the picture of a product on your website exactly the same as what I’ll receive? A: Usually, yes. However, costume styles (colors and fabrics) are subject to change without notice due to the manufacturer's production. These changes, are beyond our control and subject to change without notice. We dedicated to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of variations but manufacturers do not always notify us in advance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

Q: How do I determine if a costume is the correct size? A: Size charts are available on each product page in the Product Description section. Some costumes are a One-Size fits most item. Sizing information in the Product Description is specific to only that single costume. It is important to understand that while the sizing information provided by the manufacturer is generally accurate for the measurements indicated, a costume will rarely perfectly fit every person. For example, while a costume may fit based on waist or hip measurements, the inseam length or sleeve length may be slightly off. Therefore, in some cases, small alterations may be required. Please note that different manufacturers vary their sizing slightly. We do recommend that you order the larger size when in doubt between two sizes because seasonal costumes tend to run small.

Q: How can I find out more about a costume? A: If you find an item you are interested in and would like to know more about that item, you can click on the item name or the picture of the item itself and that will take you to a Product page. In the Product page, you will be presented with additional information such as available colors, sizes, material, etc. about the specific product. Unfortunately, we get very little information about the costumes from the manufacturers beyond what is already presented on our website. We are always wishful to assist but in most cases we will not be able to provide you with more details about an item than what you can see on our website.

Q: If an item is out of stock, when will it be back in stock? A: To assist your purchasing decisions, we will have status remarks next to each and every item on MasqueradeExpress.com. Below are the status remarks and their definitions.

  • In Stock (Ready to Ship) – Item is in stock and is ready to ship within 24 hours
  • In Stock (Ships within 48 Hours) – Item is in stock and is expected to ship within 48 hours
  • Item Unavailable – Item is out of stock and unavailable for purchase at this time

We try to show our inventory levels as close to real-time as possible but occasionally, some items could be out of stock. When an item is out of stock, our website will not allow you to purchase it. You'll notice that the "Add to Cart" button does not appear for the item and there is a "Out of Stock" message displayed for the item. Unfortunately, we rarely get advance notice of when any particular item will be back in stock, so we are usually unable to advise you of when an item will be available for purchasing.

Q: How do I check pricing and availability of an item on your website? A: Our website displays the most current information available on every item. If the item is out of stock, you will not be able  to order it. Please Note: We hope that you will understand that, despite our best efforts, we do make occasional pricing and description errors. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any incorrectly priced merchandise offered on our website. Merchandise pricing errors are subject to change without notice. We however will not increase the price of any item in your order without first getting your permission. If you select an item that is incorrectly priced, you will receive an email advising you that we have canceled the order and advising of the correct price. You can then decide as to whether or not you wish to purchase the item at the correct price.

Q: Can I place my order over the phone? A: Sorry, but unfortunately, you can not. We do not accept orders phone or mail orders at this time. You are welcome to shop on our website 24/7.

Q: Can I make a purchase for someone else? A: Yes. You may purchase an item from our website and have it shipped to another address which is different from the billing address on your credit card.

Q: I received a Store Credit. How do I use it? A: A Store Credit can be used just like cash on our site. Unlike coupons, a Store Credit's balance can be applied to multiple purchases over time. Any unused portion of a Store Credit will remain in your account and can be applied to any purchase you make with us. To use the Store Credit during the checkout process simply select "Pay using my store credit" option and follow instructions.

Q: Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase? A: Yes! If an item you order from MasqueradeExpress.com goes on sale on our site within 10 days of your original purchase, just contact us anytime during that 10 day time frame and we’ll be happy to refund the difference to your original method of payment.

Q: Is the item I want going to go on sale soon? A: Unfortunately, we can not tell if an item will go on sale or be marked down until it actually happens. The best way to catch a great sale would be to visit the sales page.

Q: If MasqueradeExparess.com crashes, what happens to my order? A: If our website crashes while you're still placing items in your shopping cart, those items should still be in your shopping cart when you return to the site if you're a registered customer or your browser accepts cookies. If our website crashes when you're authorizing an order, you should return to the site and submit it again. If we have questions about whether or not your order is duplicated, we'll contact you by phone or email.
