If you received your order and need a different size, we want to make sure that process is fast and easy! We offer exchanges for a different size of a costumes and footware purchased on our site within 14 days of delivery. Please see the Exchange Policy for more information on our exchanges.
How our Exchange Program works:
1. Login to your MasqueradeExpress.com account and select View Completed Orders option to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number for the item(s) you wish to return for an exchange. Select a return action that indicates you wish to return the item(s) for Exchange. A maximum of three (3) items per order may be returned for an exchange.
2. We will send you email with a RMA number for your return.
3. Within five days you make a new purchase from MasqueradeExpress.com of equal or greater value as your original purchase. For example, if you wish to exchange a $39.99 costume that is too big, you will need to purchase another item(s) whose total is at least $39.99. We make our Exchange Program easy and convenient for you - you can exchange the original item for any item in our online store. You do not have to purchase the same costume - you just have to make a new purchase with a merchandise total of $39.99 or more. We will process your new purchase as a separate order and will issue you a refund for the first order once we have processed the return.
4. Ship the item(s) you are exchanging back to us using a traceable shipping method offered by UPS, FedEx or USPS. Be certain to write the RMA number on outside of the package. You must ensure that the RMA number is clearly visible on a label. All returned item(s) are subject to our Return Policy. (During Our Pick Seasons please allow up to six weeks for merchandise refunds to be processed.)

Sizes can vary wildly for seasonal costumes from one manufacturer to the next. We therefore suggest that before requesting an exchange you double check the sizing chart for the item you're thinking about exchanging. You'll find sizing information on the product page of every item we sell.
