If you've never used Live Chat before, it's simple - similar to using instant messaging. Once you click on the Live Help link or image, you will be placed into a queue for the next available Customer Happiness Team member. Once a member is available, a session will be opened between your computer and our Help Desk. You can then "chat" with us by typing your questions. If we are helping other customers or "offline", you can still leave us a message. We will contact you as soon as we became available.
- On any product page, scroll down and on the central part of the screen and you will see "Product Reviews For:" with a button titled "Write a review".
- Once you click on that button you will see an image of the product, a rating section, and three text boxes where you can provide a title for your review and write your review of this product. Please fill in as much information as you’d like. You can also provide your name and city where you live.
- Then, click on the "Save my Review" button. Once you’ve submitted your review, it may take up to 48 hours for it to appear on the site.
Q: My email address has changed. How do I update this information to my current account?
A: You are welcome to update your email address by login in to your account. The best way to do this is to take the following steps:
- Click on "Sign In" located in the top left corner of the page.
- Log in to your account by typing your previous email address and password.
- Once logged in, click on "Account Details".
- Type your new e-mail address.
- Click "Update My Details"
- Your email will be updated.
