We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal. Sorry, no purchase orders, checks, cash, money orders or COD (Collect on Delivery) shipments. Large orders and orders where the "ship-to" address does not match the "bill-to" address may be subject to verification via phone which could delay the order at least one business day.
Tracking Your Order
When you place an order online with us, we will send you two emails as your order goes through the process from order placement to shipping. Here is a description of each step:
- Order Confirmation Email: This first email confirms we received your order and provides you with the specifics of your order. It is your receipt. Your order status will be "Awaiting Fulfillment". This indicates that your order is in the picking and packing queue to be fulfilled.
- Shipping Confirmation Email: As soon as your order leaves our distribution center, we’ll send you a second email to let you know your order is on its way. This email will include your tracking number and a link directly to the shipper (if available).
You can check the status of your order by clicking on the "Track My Order" link contained in the header of every page of our site. You will need to log in to your account to view the status of your order. Click here to login into your account.
If you've ordered from us previously and can't remember the password you created then click here to request a password reset. You will need to enter the email address associated with your account on our store. Note: This needs to be the exact same email address that you used to sign up for your Customer account. It will not work if it is a different email address.
We'll send you an email with a link that you need to click in order to go forward with the password reset process, otherwise the password will not be reset. Once you click on this link, you will be routed back to our store where you can change your password. Once you've put in your new password and click "Continue", you will get a confirmation on the page that your password has been reset. You will also receive a confirmation email with your new password.
We want the items you choose to fit correctly and we want to make sure your expectations are set appropriately. General sizing information can be found here. Sizing measurements provided are a range for the person who will be wearing the costume, NOT measurements of the costume itself.
Manufacturer's have their own sizing chart which will be indicated on the individual product page. If there are different sizes available, you will see the available Size options on each individual product page. If there is not a place to select a size, the item is then a ONE-SIZE fits most item. For most one-size items, there will be an indication of size in the product description or in the product title. While dress/clothing sizes are provided in US sizes, the sizes for seasonal costumes tend to run small. Many costumes have elastic waists that allow for some stretching.
Unfortunately, not all seasonal costumes are available in all sizes. Sizing information is provided to us by the manufacturer. While this information is assumed to be accurate, we can not be responsible for variations or inaccuracies in the information provided to us.
The sizing of some costumes may fall outside general sizing guidelines, if that is the case, it should be reflected in the product description of each individual costume. Remember to look for the Sizing Chart link for each costume. Please refer to the individual product page for actual available sizes. If you are tall or full-figured, or if you are in doubt between two sizes, it's usually best to order the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
It is important to understand that seasonal costumes are typically designed to be worn for one or two events. Please note that while the sizing information provided by the manufacturer is generally accurate for the measurements indicated, a costume will rarely perfectly fit every person. For example, while a costume may fit based on waist or hip measurements, the inseam length or sleeve length may be slightly off. Therefore, in some cases, small alterations may be required. Different manufacturers vary their sizing slightly. We do recommend that you order the larger size when in doubt between two sizes because seasonal costumes tend to run small.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once you submit your order, you will not be able to make changes to it. Stopping or suspending orders once they have submitted would delay processing all orders and negatively impacting other customers.
