Incorrect Addresses and Return to Sender Packages: Packages that are shipped to an incorrect address provided by you during the order process will be subject to an additional $15 charge if the address must be changed by the courier to be deliverable.
Orders 'Returned to Sender' by the courier are subject to a $15 charge. 'Return to Sender' orders include but are not limited to: orders for which the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address; instances in which the customer is not available for delivery; and instances where the order is refused by the customer.
Note: Packages refused by the buyer (for whatever reason) - in other words, not accepted from the designated carrier and hence immediately shipped back to us - are subject to a return fee of $15.00 and a 20% restocking fee.
When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund for the cost of merchandise less shipping charges, and less charges and fees stated above. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you want to purchase items that were returned as undeliverable, you may place a new order. We strongly recommend to double check your 'Ship To' address when you place your order and arrange a convenient delivery time with the shipping carrier.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance. USPS, UPS and FedEx allow customers to correct or change their delivery address.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Most of the carriers will make three attempts to deliver a package. It is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. When the carrier returns the package to us, we issue a refund for the cost of merchandise less shipping charges, and less charges and fees stated above.
